Short Term Goals
Reduce School Suspension
Improve Grades
Prevent Arrest to Youth Detention Centers
Think about Future Goals to Care for themselves
Identify additional contributing factors to behaviors that lead to conflict
Long Term Goals
The goals will be accomplished by role playing, journaling, outreach activities, and 1:1 check ins with counselors.
Final evaluations will be based on Smart Goals, Pre and Post conflict resolutions assessment.
